Privacy Policy

Prototype status: TFT Coachbook is currently a development prototype. This policy describes the prototype presented for Riot and Overwolf review and will be updated before public release if data practices change.
1. Purpose
TFT Coachbook is a personal Teamfight Tactics analytics, post-game match review and coaching application designed to help players review their own gameplay over time. Supported in-game information is collected only to reconstruct the player's own match for review after that match has ended.
2. Data used by the prototype
The desktop prototype is designed to work with supported local-player game information such as match progression, health, economy, level, board, bench and shop history. This information is intended for post-game reconstruction and analysis only; the product does not display adaptive coaching or game-state-specific recommendations during active gameplay. During the current demo phase, the public prototype screenshots use simulated data.
3. Local storage
The current desktop development build is designed to store recorded match analytics locally on the user's computer. It does not currently operate a cloud account system or sell user data.
4. Riot and Overwolf services
Future approved builds may use Riot Games APIs and Overwolf-supported game-event interfaces. Data received through those services will be handled in accordance with the applicable Riot Games and Overwolf requirements.
5. Player choice
Production functionality will require the player to intentionally use the application for their own analytics. Any future account connection or sharing functionality will be opt-in and described before data is transmitted.
6. Data selling and advertising
TFT Coachbook does not currently sell personal information and the prototype has no third-party advertising or monetisation integration.
7. Security
Reasonable technical measures will be used to protect any information processed by a production version. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated as the application develops. Material changes to data collection or storage will be reflected on this page before public release.
